Responsibilities

Architect Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions tailored to business processes and supply chain optimization. Translate requirements into robust, scalable technical workflows

Lead configuration and deployment of Kinaxis modules, manage data integration, scenario modeling, analytics, and ensure peak system performance

Partner with business leaders, IT, data engineers, and external vendors for seamless integration and project success. Provide guidance to end-users before and after go-live

Act as Kinaxis SME, mentor team members, advise on best practices, and drive ongoing system improvements

Maintain thorough solution documentation and ensure compliance with policies, industry standards, and data integrity requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field

5+ years as a Kinaxis Solution Architect (or similar), with deep expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro

Profound knowledge of supply chain planning processes (e.g., demand planning, inventory management, S&OP)

Hands-on experience with Kinaxis modules and data integration technologies

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proven ability to present solutions to business stakeholders

Collaborative, organized, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Kinaxis Solution Architect Certification

Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)

Familiarity with Agile and large-scale global implementations
