They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A who will focus on the new real estate development side, responsible for project underwriting and working with banks on construction financing and appraisals.

Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Cash Forecasting
Maintain accuracy of corporate cash forecast and liquidity model
Work with banks on construction loan requests and miscellaneous financial requests
Provide analysis to support management decisions in construction costs, trend analysis, new site evaluations, market analysis, budgetary decisions
Recognizes opportunities for process improvements
Perform analysis establishing clear process performance objectives
Create reports to track key parameters and metrics to assess progress of change initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in quantitative finance or treasury, preferably in model development and validation
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
Preferred
Experience with database management systems preferred
Experience in commercial/residential real estate development and/or corporate finance preferred
