End-to-end month-end close across multiple entities
Review and oversight of journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated financials
Direct management of senior accountants and an accounting manager
13-week cash flow forecasting and cash management support
Systems and process improvement (NetSuite environment)
Integration of newly acquired entities into a standardized framework
Qualification
Required
CPA
7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong people manager (this role leads, it doesn't just “do”)
Comfortable stepping into imperfect environments and making them better
Preferred
Multi-entity / PE-backed / high-growth background preferred
NetSuite experience strongly preferred
