Responsibilities

Assisting in planning and executing corporate events end-to-end
Supporting project management activities, including timelines, budgets, vendors, and logistics
Developing and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and reconciling costs
Creating and updating event materials, presentations, and reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Cloud
Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution
Troubleshooting and resolving issues in real time during event planning and on-site execution
Supervising events on-site to ensure brand standards and objectives are met
Supporting post-event reporting, feedback collection, and continuous improvement efforts
Traveling to events on a limited basis as required
Performing additional duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2 years of experience (or internships) in event planning, project management, or a related field
Strong interest in brands, storytelling, and experiential marketing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
Willingness and ability to supervise events on-site
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience with budget development, management, and reconciliation
