Responsibilities
Design and execute in vitro and in vivo experiments required to achieve research aims in the project
Meet regularly with the mentor to review project status, and contribute novel scientific ideas for the progression of the research project
Read, analyze and summarize published literature to know current research work and gain intellectual and technical expertise in the field
Write and submit grant applications for continued research funding. Application for individual fellowships is strongly encouraged
Write and submit manuscripts to peer reviewed journals. Complete sponsor-mandated reports on research progress
Prepare presentations and exhibit research work in various national and international scientific meetings and conferences
Continue career development under the auspices of the mentor, including coursework
Qualification
Required
Doctoral degree (MD or PhD) with >6 months of pre/postdoc lab research experience
Experience with extracellular vesicles required
