Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
0–2 years of administrative, office assistant, clerical, or customer service experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a paperless, digital office environment
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred
Experience with ERP or CRM systems
Salesforce or similar CRM experience
Administrative experience in a paperless office
Receptionist or front desk experience
