Milford Management Corp. is seeking a Membership Concierge for The Club at 22 Vanderbilt. This role serves as the primary point of contact for members, guests, and partners, focusing on hospitality, service, and community within the club.

Responsibilities

Greet members, guests, and visitors and manage check-in flows for daily access, meetings, and events
Act as a warm, knowledgeable ambassador of The Club, clearly communicating amenities, programming, and policies
Notify members of guest arrivals and facilitate smooth, discreet introductions when appropriate
Support the overall atmosphere of the club by maintaining a polished front-of-house presence at all times
Manage the front desk, arrival areas, and shared member spaces to ensure they remain organized and welcoming
Assist with meeting room scheduling, preparation, and basic resets
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate internal teams
Receive mail, packages, and messenger deliveries and coordinate pickups as needed
Light administrative work
Serve as a communication hub between members and internal teams, escalating requests as appropriate
Log and relay member preferences, feedback, and service needs to support a high-touch experience
Assist with event check-ins and light event support in partnership with the Membership and Events teams
Support basic member technology needs in coordination with building and IT teams
Help foster a sense of belonging and connection among members through thoughtful service and introductions
Represent the values and standards of The Club in every interaction
Support a collaborative, “no task too small” team culture across departments
Deliver consistently warm, professional, and discreet service in a member-facing environment
Communicate clearly and effectively with members, guests, and internal teams
Remain calm, flexible, and solutions-oriented in a dynamic setting
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 10 pounds as required

Preferred

Experience in hospitality, private clubs, luxury retail, or customer-facing service roles preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with a professional, discerning membership base
Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with hospitality or booking systems is a plus; training will be provided
Interest in culture, design, hospitality, and community-building strongly preferred
