Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Directly manage Florida golf, lawn, and nursery sales teams
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales team performance
Create and manage travel and expense (T&E) budgets for sales representatives
Develop and execute sales campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue growth
Identify gaps in the market to increase sales coverage and market share
Manage national account programs within golf and lawn care segments
Work closely with supplier partners to align sales strategies and initiatives
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
Support and mentor sales team members while driving accountability and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or sales management experience
Ability to travel and maintain a flexible schedule
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms
Experience managing sales teams, budgets, and performance metrics
Preferred
Green industry experience preferred (golf, lawn care, nursery)
