Responsibilities
Onboard CDL drivers into the Tenstreet ATS system
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations during the onboarding process
Coordinate and conduct drug and alcohol testing for drivers
Verify employment history with three attempts using all available patterns
Review and document any past accidents involving drivers
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in a related role
Proficiency in onboarding processes
Strong customer service skills
Understanding of compliance regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Knowledge of Tenstreet and CDL Class A
Experience with Workday and Icims
