Responsibilities

Manage the Commercial Bank’s Incentive Risk, Conduct Risk, and International Risk programs including:
Management and administration of the Commercial Bank’s Mandatory Time Away program
Collect and analyze incentive/conduct risk data identifying risks and trends to support program deliverables
Execute Country Risk activities including creating and maintaining Country Risk Exit Plans and Country Risk Assessments
Develop and maintain Incentive Risk metrics to support the compilation of the quarterly Commercial Bank Leadership Team (CBLT) scorecard and Covered Associate reporting
Create and present program updates in various forums influencing stakeholders to ensure overall risk management and compliance
Report metrics associated with each risk program to senior executives and stakeholders across the organization
Foster a highly collaborative environment with other teams and various partner groups to create an integrated and seamless risk experience for the business
Balance multiple priorities to help drive business value and support team objectives

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 4 years of experience in Fraud, Risk Management, Compliance or Audit
At least 3 years of Financial Services experience
At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients

Preferred

Master's Degree
Commercial Banking experience
Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills to confidently interact across the organization and with enterprise stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Applications
At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects and initiatives
Ability to manage multiple high profile priorities well under pressure and tight deadlines; works well with changing priorities in a dynamic small team environment
