Responsibilities

Facilitating process design sessions, analyzing business processes and document current and future state
Translating business requirements into solutions that meet the customer's needs and internal quality and security standards
Architecting and developing robust and maintainable BPM implementations
Driving excellence in software development practices and procedures
Providing a strong voice in analysis and design meetings
Establishing trusted relationships within the team and our business partners

Required

Bachelor's degree
Camunda BPM or other BPM development experience
Knowledge of data visualization, reporting and dashboarding tools
Java, Groovy, JavaScript, REST API, HTML
CICD Pipeline tools and best practices
AWS or other Cloud service providers
Business process improvement or re-engineering
Liaising with business and technical teams
Technical leadership and mentoring team members

Preferred

Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plus
