Responsibilities
Generate new leads through face-to-face customer engagement and relationship building inside retail stores
Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training sessions
Collaborate with your team on campaign implementation plans and daily objectives
Work closely with your manager to ensure alignment with company and client goals
Review daily sales activities and customer interactions with leadership for performance improvement
Execute day-to-day retail sales, marketing, and campaign management tasks
Support the delivery and performance of key client campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve results and expand outreach
Handle problem-solving, troubleshooting, and client campaign requests with professionalism and urgency
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in customer-facing conversations
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under pressure
Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer situations professionally
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Desire to help develop team members and contribute to a positive team culture
Comfortable navigating frequent changes and prioritizing daily responsibilities
Candidates must be local and comfortable working in a face-to-face retail sales environment daily
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred (not required)
