Develop and own comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities
Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive product vision, strategy, and go-to-market execution
Influence and build alignment among stakeholders through clear communication and strategic recommendations
Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch, employing Agile methodologies and MVP strategies
Monitor emerging trends and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years' experience in product management
11 years' experience in product management or related area
10 years' experience in Product Management, preferably building customer facing products
Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and scaling for complex products
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including product and feature analytics, and customer insights
Experience leading product development lifecycles using Agile methodologies and MVP approaches
A great storyteller, excellent at communicating complex information clearly and building alignment among senior stakeholders
A strong mindset of ownership to ensure product success
Combination of strategic thinking and rigorous execution
Ability to discover new opportunities anchored around customer centricity
Self-initiate, ability to operate with minimal guidance
Knowledge of emerging industry trends, technology innovation, and domain-specific best practices

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
Supervisory experience
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices
