Responsibilities

Support primary care providers by coordinating patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience
Room patients, obtain vitals, complete intake, medication reconciliation, and Epic documentation
Perform in‑office testing, administer injections/vaccines, and assisted with procedures
Support preventive care through screenings, care gap closure, referrals, and follow‑up scheduling
Assist with orders, prior authorizations, inventory, and general clinic operations

Qualification

BLS certificationMedical Assistant certificationClinical healthcare experiencePatient care coordinationEpic documentation

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire
Must have active Medical Assistant certification/registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA) for Certified Medical Assistant position

Preferred

6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office
