Responsibilities

Enter procurement data, including suppliers’ information, purchase orders, contracts, and pricing, accurately into the Oracle system to support procurement needs
Assist in cleansing and updating master data relevant to procurement processes, including supplier records, part numbers, and lead times
Collect new data required for procurement and implementation tasks
Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including organizing documents, maintaining supplier files, and scheduling meetings
Collaborate with team members to resolve any data or administrative issues that arise during the Oracle rollout

Required

2+ years of data entry experience
Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and data cleansing
Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and procurement record keeping
Willingness to learn and work with Oracle ERP systems in a procurement context
Good communication and teamwork skills to support the procurement team effectively

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Typing and computer skills
Experience with procurement processes and logistics
