Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels
Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content including videos, graphics, photography, and educational posts
Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms for scheduling and content management
Develop short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) filmed in-office and at community events
Implement social media marketing strategies focused on: Branding and brand awareness, Community engagement, Patient education and trust-building
Execute targeted campaigns including Facebook Advertising and promotional content
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize digital content
Monitor trends and apply social listening techniques to stay relevant and responsive
Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and web analytics tools
Measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on data and engagement metrics
Prepare basic reports and insights to guide marketing decisions and growth
Create and edit visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
Assist with branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms
Proofread all marketing and promotional materials for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism
Support video editing for promotional and educational content
Assist with website updates and digital assets as needed
Coordinate and support community outreach initiatives including: School visits, Local festivals and health fairs, Sponsorships and office-hosted events
Represent the practice at community events in a professional and welcoming manner
Capture photo and video content during outreach events for social media use
Manage public relations efforts to strengthen the practice’s reputation and local presence
Build and maintain relationships with schools, organizations, and community partners
Greet patients and families warmly in person and by phone
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Check patients in and out efficiently
Collect payments and process transactions
Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding office policies
Maintain strong relationship management with patients through follow-ups and engagement initiatives
Support the front desk team during high-volume clinic hours
Support e-commerce initiatives related to dental products or services offered by the practice
Collaborate with the team on special projects including: Event planning, Seasonal campaigns, Practice promotions, Internal marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles (healthcare experience preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software
Familiarity with Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management tools
Strong understanding of SEO and keyword research
Google Analytics and web analytics
Social listening techniques
Experience with Facebook Advertising and e-commerce platforms is a plus
Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor with exceptional relationship management skills
