Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technical incidents via ticketing systems and direct customer interaction to ensure product functionality
Act as a customer advocate, maintaining critical relationships and communicating specific technical issues across internal departments
Proactively track unresolved issues and contribute to the internal Knowledge Base to improve future troubleshooting efficiency
Leverage previous experience in engineering or technical support, specifically focusing on extensive PC and networking troubleshooting
Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills to translate complex technical issues for both customers and internal teams
Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced technical environment
Ability to obtain and maintain necessary CJIS security clearances as required by specific agencies

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree program in a related field of study
