Responsibilities
Test Design & Execution: Lead the design, execution, and analysis of performance tests using LoadRunner to ensure applications meet rigorous scalability requirements
Bottleneck Analysis: Identify system constraints and establish performance baselines through detailed analysis of application and infrastructure behavior
Strategic Modeling: Build performance models and capacity planning frameworks to anticipate future growth and demand
Cloud & Hybrid Testing: Conduct performance testing within cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and integrate results with web-based and mainframe systems
Actionable Intelligence: Monitor system health using tools like AppDynamics or Splunk; translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Forecasting: Produce accurate workload projections and forecasts based on trend analysis and historical system data
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Performance Engineering or a similar capacity
Expert-level proficiency with LoadRunner (designing, executing, and analyzing)
Strong background in bottleneck analysis, system tuning, and performance modeling
Deep understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Practical knowledge of Mainframe performance systems in a web-integrated environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
