The Evisceration Lead will oversee the evisceration process, ensuring safe and efficient production while coaching team members and maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety.

Responsibilities

Oversee work at various stations along the production lines processing poultry food products
Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing, and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management related matters
Ensure that the qualities of the products are met according to the product specifications of QA and USDA
Ensure that all equipment throughout the departments is running smoothly
Maintains a clean and safe working environment

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years in a comparable field
Oversee work at various stations along the production lines processing poultry food products
Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing, and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management related matters
Ensure that the qualities of the products are met according to the product specifications of QA and USDA

Preferred

High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required
Lead or supervisory experience in a production environment
