Southeastern Regional Sales Manager

GRAFF is a global manufacturer and distributor of high-end kitchen and bath products based in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. They are seeking a Southeastern Regional Sales Manager to plan and direct sales activities in a specified region, maximizing sales and profits while representing the GRAFF brand.

Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and analyzes sales programs, and makes necessary adjustments as required
Establishes and implements sales goals within management guidelines
Establishes and implements all KPI’s within the Region within management guidelines
Reviews the general business climate and adjusts materials as needed
Understands and supports established sales policies and procedures to ensure sales activities provide proper and effective treatment to customers
Applies knowledge of company products and services to provide quality customer service
Reviews and resolves customer complaints in a professional and timely manner as directed and/or required
Completes reporting in a timely and accurate fashion in conjunction with the expectation of the role
Represents company at trade shows as required
Travels to customer locations to complete sales calls as required
Makes Designer and Hospitality sales calls during field travel
Coordinates, communicates, monitors, and inspects all Agency Partner sales activity within the outlined Region
Performs other related duties, as assigned

Proficient technology and computer skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and CRM software
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university and/or related experience and/or training. Or the equivalent combination of education and experience in the decorative plumbing industry or related field
