Responsibilities

Building, developing, and inspiring a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed targets
Providing expert-level sales guidance, ongoing training, and hands-on support to elevate performance across the team
Owning the day-to-day execution of the sales motion, including pipeline management, forecasting, deal strategy, and performance tracking
Working closely with cross-functional partners (Sales Ops, Enablement, Marketing, and Leadership) to refine processes, improve efficiency, and ensure your team is equipped to win in a competitive market

Required

3+ years of full cycle SaaS sales experience
3+ years of SaaS sales management experience
SAAS experience - required
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executive
Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
Ability to build strong personal relationship
Native English speaker - required
Self-starter, Result-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred

BA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience
