Responsibilities
Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts inquiries and purchases
Pull parts from inventory and process orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment
Order non-stock and special-order parts as needed
Support service technicians in sourcing repair parts efficiently
Suggest companion parts, specials, and product offerings when appropriate
Communicate clearly on pricing, availability, and estimated arrival times
Maintain accuracy and organization in all transactions
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift to 25 lbs
Authorized to work in the U.S
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Preferred
1+ year of automotive parts experience preferred
Prior experience in automotive parts or automotive retail preferred
