They are seeking a LegalTech Implementation Consultant to lead the planning and implementation of software projects for legal teams, ensuring effective communication of client needs and maintaining project progress.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of the software project
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
Define project plans, tasks, and resource requirements
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Manage to the project budget
Manage project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Work with clients to define and document business requirements (BRD), identify solutions and recommend best practices
Write user stories and acceptance criteria and communicate client needs effectively to the development team
Obtain requirements sign-off from key stakeholders to ensure same level of understanding prior to development
Product testing to ensure quality delivery to the client
Maintain notes & communication channels regarding project progress with clients & internal resources
Track project deliverables using the appropriate Sikich tools daily
Provide direction and support to the project team
Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
Prepare end-user documentation/manuals as required
Support and reinforce the perception of Sikich as a high-quality, customer service-oriented organization
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with teams to enhance work culture and a positive environment
Track time to ensure proper invoicing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or equivalent working experience
Filevine Certified
Proven work experience successfully leading complex software implementations / full project life cycle
Excellent client facing skills
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to quickly learn technologies and software product functionality
Ability to work as a team player
Commitment to integrity
Preferred
Experience in the legal industry (firm or corporate)
Experience in legal case management software, document management software, contract management software, or eDiscovery software
Basic understanding of formulas, familiarity with any coding language
Project Team management experience
Experience using project management tools
