Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic input and driving continuous improvement
Develop and execute site HR strategy to promote culture, compliance, and business results
Lead HR initiatives aligned with corporate and business group objectives
Ensure HR functional excellence through Eaton programs and standardized processes
Advise leadership on policies and regulations to maintain compliance and achieve business goals
Manage performance and talent processes, including goal setting, reviews, and succession planning
Oversee communication, change management, and employee engagement initiatives
Drive action plans from employee surveys and foster inclusion and diversity programs
Manage compensation, recognition, workers’ compensation, and leave programs
Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies to meet short- and long-term needs
Support employee development and training compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Five (5) years of progressive experience in Human Resources
Two (2) years of experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment

Preferred
Master's degree in human resources or business from an accredited institution
Seven (7) years progressive experience in Human Resources
Five (5) years supporting manufacturing
PHR or SPHR certification
Experience with the Eaton Business System (EBS) or other similar integrated business system
