Responsibilities
Lead identification, negotiation, and management of offshore and outsourced partnerships
Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners, vendors, and agencies
Establish partnership frameworks, track performance, and ensure alignment with departmental goals
Identify, assess, and support M&A opportunities, including due diligence and integration planning
Develop business cases and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity to inform growth strategies
Analyze domestic and international markets to identify partnership and expansion opportunities
Support executive leadership in defining growth strategies and prioritizing initiatives
Contribute to long-term strategic roadmaps through partnership-driven initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to enable partnership success and operational efficiency
Track KPIs, monitor performance, and report results to executive leadership
Serve as a subject matter expert on partnerships, outsourcing, and corporate development
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of outsourcing models, global vendor ecosystems, and M&A processes
Advanced negotiation, strategic analysis, and executive communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, influence outcomes, and balance short- and long-term objectives
