National Workforce Development Training Specialist

They are seeking a National Workforce Development Training Specialist to provide training and guidance to local operational staff across the United States, ensuring effective training systems are utilized and adhered to.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Work to improve organizational efficiencies via training Leadership and Supervisors on customer flow, approval processes, policy, etc
Provide training and coaching to project staff to assist with meeting performance and contractual goals; provide corrections training to staff, as needed
Facilitate job-specific related training, based on the needs of the Operation
Provide monthly report on all Operations based on quality results, training initiatives, and support strategies; work with Corporate Quality & Training Manager to review performance data for trends, provide technical assistance for identification areas of non-compliance/low performance
Participate in pre-audit reviews of projects that include working with local team to review files, assess risk, evaluate process gaps and prepare for a successful audit
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all new local, state and federal guidance and provide feedback on the implications to the Project Director and QPTs and make recommendations for revisions, as necessary
Specialize in WIOA-training; workforce expertise required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of training and/or quality/performance training, preferably across multiple states
At least 3 years of experience in workforce development, specifically with WIOA programs (ideally, SNAP, TANF, etc. program experience, as well)
Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience developing and implementing training workshops, activities, etc
Proficiency in facilitation and educational best practices
A hands-on, “get it done” mindset — you're comfortable balancing strategy with execution
