Design and prototype custom Power Apps infused with Copilot and AI capabilities
Lead workshops, design sprints, and presentations to engage stakeholders and co-create solutions
Deliver proof-of-concepts and guide clients on adoption of Power Platform and AI best practices
Apply human-centered design to ensure intuitive, impactful user experiences
Stay ahead with the latest in Microsoft AI ecosystem, Copilot, and Gemini

Required

Microsoft Dynamics (preferably Dynamics Design Concepts/CRM)
Copilot Studio (hands-on) & AI understanding
Power Apps
Leadership + Consulting experience
Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure and Dataverse (preferred)
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills; ability to advise at all levels
Experience in business process analysis and workflow automation
Self-starter, able to work independently and autonomously in fast-moving projects
Solid grasp of AI Copilot and Generative AI integration in real-world applications

Preferred

Background in software development or related technical fields
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and integration methods
Exposure to Google Gemini, Azure AI services, and enterprise AI trends
Consulting or digital transformation experience across industries
