Payroll Manager

Responsibilities

Maintains knowledge of payroll laws and regulations related to taxes on all levels, tax treaties, W2 processing, FLSA and DOL regulations, and best/leading practices for payroll systems and technology
Manages the Payroll team of analysts including 2 Seniors and 5 Analysts
Collaborates with Benefits, Absence, Compensation and Legal Services teams on all payroll related items

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources management, related field, or equivalent experience
7 years of experience Human Resources
Three years management experience
Demonstrated experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

5 or more years of payroll experience, in a Healthcare setting
Demonstrated experience with Workday HCM and Payroll modules
Master's degree
Healthcare setting experience
