Support high-impact creative work across print, digital, packaging, and web
Manage multiple projects while collaborating with internal teams and external partners
Qualification
Required
Degree in Advertising, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or a related field with 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house environment and 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, including overseeing freelancers or junior designers
Candidates without a formal degree may be considered with 6–8 years of relevant professional design experience in an agency or comparable environment
Strong creative problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver marketable, on-brand design solutions with an advanced understanding of typography (points, leading, kerning, tracking, cap height, x-height, etc.)
Strong understanding of color theory and color relationships
Strong understanding of layout, composition, grid systems, perspective, and spatial relationships
High attention to detail and ability to produce polished, press-ready final files
Comprehensive photo retouching and image development skills
Experience designing for print, digital, packaging, websites, and social media
Expert proficiency on Macintosh platforms
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Advanced knowledge of Figma
Advanced knowledge of QuarkXPress
Advanced knowledge of scanning and image-processing software
Familiarity with common word-processing tools; PC knowledge a plus
Strong knowledge of print production processes, file preparation, and production best practices
Ability to review, approve, and manage work through press
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under deadlines
Confident overseeing and directing freelancers and designers while maintaining quality standards
Ability to create and deliver design files optimized for both digital and print production
Preferred
Art direction experience
Experience collaborating closely with marketing, brand, sales, and product teams
Familiarity with web design systems, UI components, or basic front-end considerations
Experience working with consumer products, packaging, or regulated industries
Certifications from recognized design platforms (optional, not required)
