Responsibilities

Lead SIT, UAT, and full end-to-end testing strategy and execution
Create detailed test plans, test scripts, resource plans, and testing schedules
Coordinate testers, business users, vendors, and technical teams
Manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution
Plan and lead dress rehearsals and live conversion/go-live events
Ensure testing milestones and timelines are met
Partner with business, technology, and vendors to ensure testing coverage
Support audit, regulatory, and risk requirements through structured testing documentation

Required

Strong background acting as a Test Lead on large system implementations
Hands-on experience building testing artifacts from scratch
Experience coordinating large cross-functional testing efforts
Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred (regulatory/audit exposure)
Ability to manage complex testing cycles with multiple stakeholders
Excellent coordination and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with collateral management systems
Experience with Broadridge STaC or EXPERE
Data and system background within commercial banking platforms
