Postdoctoral Researcher

The Cohen Laboratory is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to focus on understanding mechanisms that determine therapy responses in Crohn's disease and to explore cellular and regenerative therapies.
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. or equivalent in a related scientific or engineering field
Effective communication skills for writing publications and presenting research findings
Knowledge of translational methods including isolation of intestinal immune cells, culturing of organoids, and the study of human hematopoeitic stem cells
Knowledge of translational methods including single cell RNA sequencing, multiparameter flow cytometry (Aurora), spatial transcriptomics
Preferred
Expertise in working with human hematopoietic stem cells would be highly prioritized
