The Opportunity Alliance is hiring a Residential Program Director for their Gordon Green adult residential program. The Program Director will oversee operations, manage direct services, and ensure the provision of trauma-informed treatment and support services to adults with mental illness.

Responsibilities

Supervising program staff and student interns
Managing program milieu
Working directly with clients
Planning and directing the major activities of the program
Performing administrative duties – ensuring adequate occupancy, budgeting and expense monitoring overseeing the collection of client one-to-one data
Conducting ongoing evaluation of and improvements in program activities

Qualification

LCSWLCPCMaster’s degree in Social WorkSupervisory experienceMental health experienceCommunication skillsConflict resolution skillsTeamwork

Required

Master's degree in Social Work or a related field (a related field includes psychology, sociology, case management, human development and child development) required
LCSW or LCPC required. LADC licensure a plus
At least one-year of supervisory experience required
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in a team environment required
Flexible schedule is required
Contracts that have Rider D: Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background, child protective service check & sex offender check
Must not be on the state or federal suspension and disbarment list
Must pass CNA registry check
Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and TB screen
Must be able to exert moderate physical effort with occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, typing and frequently lift and carry small children or material weighing up to 25 pounds
A good driving record is required

Preferred

Minimum of two years of experience in a related mental health or substance abuse and co-occurring disorders environment preferred
