Mid, Senior LevelCirrusLabs is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) and knowledge of FICO. The role involves supporting the design, configuration, and optimization of project accounting and controlling processes while acting as a liaison between project management, finance, and sales teams.

Responsibilities
Lead design, blueprinting, and process optimization for SAP PS solutions across the project lifecycle
Configure and support SAP PS structures including:
Project profiles
WBS elements
Networks, activities, and milestones
Settlement rules
Partner closely with Finance (FI/CO) teams to ensure seamless PS–FICO integration
Support budgeting, planning, cost tracking, confirmations, results analysis, and period-end closing
Design and optimize PS processes for CAPEX projects, internal orders, and customer projects
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align business requirements with SAP solutions
Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving cross-module issues
Ensure alignment with financial reporting, compliance, and controlling structures
Qualification
Required
Strong configuration and support experience in SAP Project Systems (PS)
Deep understanding of PS–FI/CO integration, including: Cost elements and cost centers, Internal orders, Settlements to assets and profitability segments
Experience with capitalization flows (AuC/Asset), revenue recognition, and month-end close impacts between PS and FICO
Hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle: Budgeting and planning, Cost tracking and confirmations, Results analysis and period-end closing
Proven ability to design PS solutions aligned with finance, controlling, and compliance requirements
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading design/blueprint workshops and acting as a liaison between: Business project managers, Finance teams, SD and other cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with S/4HANA Project Systems
Familiarity with related modules such as MM and PM, especially where projects consume materials or services
Ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-module issues without siloed thinking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
