The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting processes in a remote setting, partnering with hiring managers to fulfill workforce needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial and blue-collar roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen candidates for skills, experience, availability, and shift requirements
Coordinate interviews, facilitate candidate communication, and manage feedback loops
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support hiring for contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions as needed
Meet hiring deadlines while managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies and employment regulations
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on light industrial and/or blue-collar roles
Experience recruiting hourly workers such as operators, technicians, warehouse, production, or skilled trades
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong sourcing and screening skills for high-volume roles
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Availability to work Central Time business hours
Preferred
Experience supporting manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments
Familiarity with contract and temporary workforce models
Prior experience recruiting for shift-based or 24/7 operations
Exposure to safety-sensitive or regulated work environments
