Responsibilities

Create accurate invoices using field activity reports and established billing templates

Review, reconcile, and correct data issues before submission to customer portals

Export, modify, and maintain Excel spreadsheets used in the billing workflow

Compare billing software reports to field documentation and resolve discrepancies

Communicate with operations to verify revenue classifications and missing details

Prioritize tasks based on due dates to support steady, high-volume output

Assist billing team members as needed to reduce departmental backlog

Qualification

Required

Experience in billing, accounting support, data entry, or similar detail-oriented work

Intermediate Excel skills including copy/paste, simple formulas, sort, and filter (lookups/pivots helpful but not required)

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
