Responsibilities
Execute purchase orders for raw materials and sub-contractor services; manage Goods Receipt Vouchers (GRV) within the ERP system
Maintain and monitor work orders in Priority ERP, ensuring inventory levels and progression align with production schedules
Facilitate the Engineering Change Process (ECN/ECO) by coordinating between departments to ensure seamless transitions for new or revised parts
Utilize the ability to read technical drawings to ensure supplier quotes and delivered materials meet exact engineering specifications
Conduct price negotiations, evaluate second-sourcing opportunities, and manage vendor performance KPIs to drive cost reductions
Qualification
Required
Education: B.Sc / BA Diploma
Medical Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working within a medical company
Operations Experience: Minimum of 2 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
Manufacturing Background: Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably with small-to-mid-sized companies)
Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Engineering Change Process and the ability to read technical drawings/blueprints
Expert-level Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization)
ERP Systems: 2 years of experience with Priority ERP (or high-level proficiency in similar systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft BC)
Preferred
Direct experience in the Medical Device manufacturing field
Experience with international sourcing and managing global supply chain timelines
