Responsibilities

Assist with administrative and clerical tasks such as inbox management, correspondence, inquiry triage, scheduling, and priority coordination
Support meetings with logistics, materials, notes, action tracking, and follow-through
Support operational and clerical work for management and teams
Light accounting work such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, and time tracking
Manage office systems, equipment procurement, supplies, vendor partnerships, and coordination
Serve as the primary contact for vendors, IT providers, and property management, and coordinate issue resolution
Support communication and documentation with strategic partners (ex. Microsoft)
Provide support to sales and marketing teams as needed
Coordinate domestic and international travel for management and staff
Support HR administration including interview scheduling, onboarding, and benefits administration
Coordinate internal meetings, off-sites, and company events
Maintain confidential documentation and records
Draft, edit, and schedule communications and social content
Use AI and digital tools to draft content, summarize information, organize documents, and automate workflows with discretion

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred
Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
Exceptional organization, communication, discretion, and follow-through
Ability to manage high-volume, urgent priorities with accuracy
Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills at all levels
Must work on-site in our Boston office at least 4 days per week
Must sign and adhere to a strict NDA prior to beginning work

Preferred

Familiarity with sales, marketing, HRIS, and accounting systems is a plus
