Responsibilities
The position primarily serves as mid-level Developer in the clients’ Bureau of Solutions Management
The incumbent will be responsible to assist with design and development of the new PA Unified Crash System
Candidates will work under the direction of the projects Technical Lead and Application Architect to write test and document code to implement system features and enhancements using Angular Java Spring Boot GIS and Power BI technologies
Qualification
Required
Angular (preferably Angular 14 or higher), Required 8 Years
Back-End Development: RESTful APIs design and integration, GIS integrations, Required 8 Years
Testing frameworks: jUnit, Required 8 Years
Data & Reporting: Power BI dashboards & enterprise-level reporting integrations, PostGIS, PostgreSQL or any other database management system, Required 8 Years
Tools & Environments: ArcGIS Online (AGOL), ArcGIS Extension plugin for WebEOC, VS Code or Eclipse, Git / Azure Repos for source control & collab, Required 8 Years
Experience with the Esri ArcGIS Maps API/SDK for JavaScript, Required
Knowledge and experience with the following: ArcPro/ArcObjects, GeoEvent Processor, Velocity, Experience Builder, Survey123, and Field Maps, Required
Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise Server and ArcGIS Online/Hub/Community as an Administrator, Required
Experience in designing/developing geocodes and geoprocessing services, Required
