Designing and implementing robust Kotlin multiplatform solutions
Analyzing client requirements
Defining appropriate architecture and development strategies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Optimizing codebase performance
Performing code reviews
Ensuring compliance with best practices for software development
Mentoring junior developers
Providing technical guidance where needed
Qualification
Required
Extensive expertise in Kotlin Multiplatform development and architecture, including proficiency in designing reusable cross-platform code
Deep understanding of software design principles, system architecture patterns, and scalable application development
Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Kotlin-based applications
Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring developers in modern programming practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Strong understanding of related technologies such as Android Development and iOS Development is highly desired
Previous experience in a consulting environment or delivering software solutions to a diverse set of industries is a plus
