Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and testing of electrical equipment, including controls, wiring, lighting, and power systems
Review and validate design models for cost efficiency, reliability, and safety
Estimate project cost and timelines; collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
Conduct simulations, system evaluations, and performance testing
Oversee installation, construction, maintenance, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications and industry codes
Inspect completed installations and ensure adherence to design standards and safety regulations
Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to create engineering drawings and interpret blueprints
Expertise in electrical theory and its application to complex engineering projects
Proficiency with simulation tools and electrical design software
Ability to perform detailed engineering calculations and create specifications
Leadership and mentoring capabilities; ability to coach junior engineers
