Responsibilities

Provide supervision to ensure company transfer pricing policies, procedures, and methods are followed
Provide high-level technical expertise in transfer pricing
Manage significant transfer pricing transactions for global usage
Maintain a close working relationship with controllers/finance managers as well as the company’s outside advisors
Regularly develop, establish, and continuously improve processes and procedures
Identify and research relevant tax issues resulting from tax law changes and business decisions and make recommendations to executive management
Manage and direct the preparation of strategic responses to transfer pricing audit questions
Review and advise on transfer pricing documentation and support
Manage personnel and provide an environment for the development and professional advancement of staff members, including on-the-job and formal training, development opportunities, and timely performance feedback
Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action
Organize and prioritize a variety of complex projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines
Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
May need to travel to attend to business related matters
Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality

Required

Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and thirteen (13) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to seventeen (17) years
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, vendors, contractors, and tax authorities
Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
