InternNorth Mississippi Health Services is seeking an Intern-IT Support Specialist responsible for providing technical assistance and maintaining computer systems. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with new technologies, and offering support to team members, providing hands-on experience in IT operations.

Responsibilities
Provides technical assistance to staff and customers on hardware and software-related issues
Installs, configures, and troubleshoots computer systems, hardware, and software
Monitors system performance and troubleshoot any issues
Follows established procedures and processes for computer maintenance
Supports to team members on the use of computer systems and software
Performs system backups and maintain accurate records
Researches and recommend solutions for technical problems
Contributes to documentation and knowledgebase article library
Participates in training sessions to improve IT skills and knowledge
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent IT major working towards a Associates or Bachelor's Degree
Good oral and written communication skills and good organizational skills
Possesses the ability to manage multiple projects
Interacts daily with the Senior Accountant, department managers, and clients; therefore, incumbent must possess good communication skills
Exhibits ability to effectively communicate with non-financial individuals
