Responsibilities
Execute the established financial planning process consistently
Maintain expertise in financial planning software programs
Provide ongoing financial planning analysis, advice, and recommendations to prospective clients and existing clients
Develop internal and external referral sources to cultivate prospective clients
Coach and actively delegate to financial planning specialist(s), as assigned
Collaborate with the Director of Portfolio Management & Financial Planning on financial planning process improvements
Qualification
Required
Experience with Financial Planning Software, required
Certified Financial Planner-CFP Board upon hire required
Preferred
Experience with Trust Accounting System Software, recommended
Bachelor's Degree Finance or Financial Planning and minimum 3 years financial planning or investment management preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
