Service Line Marketing Specialist, Primary Care Network

The Service Line Marketing Specialist will support the Primary Care Network by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to enhance patient engagement and drive service line growth across 26 practice locations.

Responsibilities
Support CHOC's Primary Care Network to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that grow patient engagement and support service line growth
Design and lead the launch of a unified marketing strategy across the network, aligning practices under the organization's brand while honoring each location’s unique community identity
Qualification
Required
Minimum two (2) years of marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Ability to communicate with CHOC's internal clients and departments effectively and persuasively
Detail-oriented decision maker with the ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work effectively while meeting multiple deadlines
Ability to proactively identify effective communication strategies to meet business objectives
Ability to work independently and efficiently while handling several projects simultaneously
Proficiency in digital marketing, specifically paid and owned marketing strategies
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
Strong level of accountability
