Responsibilities
Full operational leadership of multi-site resident maintenance operations
Ownership of service delivery, preventative maintenance completion, response times, and system uptime
Direct leadership of site managers with overall responsibility for hundreds of on-site technicians
Acting as the senior escalation and interface point for a major enterprise customer
Driving standardisation, continuous improvement, and performance consistency across locations
Ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Managing a $100M+ operational budget, including cost control, invoicing, and resource optimisation
Leveraging data, KPIs, and analytics to improve service quality and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
A technical or engineering background (degree preferred or equivalent experience)
5+ years' experience leading large maintenance or operations teams, ideally across multiple sites
Experience in automation, intralogistics, manufacturing, or complex industrial environments
Exposure to automated systems such as ASRS, shuttle systems, or mobile robotics
Strong commercial awareness with experience owning budgets and service performance
The ability to operate credibly with senior client stakeholders in high-pressure environments
A structured, analytical, and detail-oriented leadership style
