Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group, influencing and negotiating to achieve business objectives
Provide expert advice on general operating procedure interpretation, addressing underperformance, coaching, and more
Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and manage change with comprehensive plans
Manage high-risk ER matters, including legal case management and compliance/regulatory program activities
Provide governance over ER matters by advocating fair and equitable treatment of employees in line with business/group strategies

Qualification

HR StrategiesEmployee RelationsRegulatory ComplianceChange ManagementAnalytical Skills

Required

Proven experience and deep knowledge in HR strategies and employee relations
Strong skills in regulatory compliance and managing legal HR matters
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach

Preferred

Experience in a business/group within HR, with a preference for those with a broad, enterprise-wide focus
An HR designation is preferred
Bilingualism is considered an asset
