Responsibilities
Lead structural design projects from concept through completion
Perform structural calculations and ensure all designs meet applicable codes and standards
Coordinate engineering scope with project managers and drafters
Mentor and support junior engineers
Deliver precast‑focused structural designs, including product design, seismic, wind, and lateral systems
Use AutoCAD and Revit for coordination and design review
Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong structural design experience, especially with precast concrete
Ability to independently manage full project lifecycles
Advanced calculation and design capability
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Clear, professional communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis preferred)
FE required
PE expected for candidates with 5–6+ years of experience
