Required

Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
3–8 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a project leadership role
Strong command of design development, technical detailing, and construction documentation
Highly developed skills in client communication, consultant coordination, and contract administration
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
Deep understanding of materials, construction systems, and building methodologies
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining design and technical rigor

Preferred

Demonstrated experience with high-end residential projects (townhouses and custom homes strongly preferred)
Interest in or experience with real estate development is a strong plus
