Identify workflow efficiencies and recommend process improvements

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting or client services setting
Prior experience managing staff and client relationships
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, or other small business accounting platforms
