Responsibilities

Acting as the primary coordination point for Epic-related technical initiatives, the Epic Technical Coordinator leads planning and execution of complex technical activities—including Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR), implementation and upgrade testing cycles, device deployment, system validation, and contingency planning

The role partners closely with infrastructure, end-user services, application teams, and Epic representatives to ensure technical readiness for milestones such as go-lives, upgrades, and business continuity events

Required

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field

Equivalent combination of education and relevant Epic application/security experience

6+ years of experience in healthcare technology, preferably supporting EHRs and EHR IT Infrastructure

5+ years of Epic technical/infrastructure/end-user devices/database administration experience

3+ years of experience having led technical projects, such as software or hardware implementations, technology infrastructure initiatives and architecture, disaster recovery planning, EHR migrations, etc

3+ years of experience with working with complex client IT infrastructure, and distill and track work from distinct goals but ambiguous steps
